Retal Sales Centre
This detail-oriented sales centre is host to Khobar’s leading urban developers, Retal. The building represents the growth of their success in commercial, retail and residential projects across the region.
The lighting vision was to create a dynamic and stand-out sales centre that would truly showcase the current and future success of the company. LDPi worked closely with the architects and interior design team to enhance user experience from the initial drop-off point to building entry.
The interior lighting was designed to visually strengthen the building façade from the inside-out by allowing the internal lighting to read through the external glazing without additional façade lighting. All functional lighting was detailed within the interior fabric and feature ceiling to maximise visual comfort, and to create subtle articulation of artwork and exhibition areas. The control strategy was also carefully considered to allow flexibility of the space for events and showcases.
