UHA Eden Roc
Located in central Limassol, the Eden Roc residential complex is host to three residential buildings, all within half a kilometre from the seafront. The superyacht-inspired architecture provides a combined living and leisure community, featuring swimming pools and private courtyards. The design of all external elements offers tranquillity and seclusion from the surrounding infrastructure, offering resort-like living to all residents.
LDPi’s vision for the facade lighting was to visually strengthen the architecture by integrating continuous lines of light around the curved bands of cladding that wrap around the buildings. This technique provides a subtle articulation of the horizontal and visually ‘floats’ the superstructure and its balconies.
The landscape lighting was refined to accent key features, such as pools, walkways and planting zones, providing illuminated zones for safe passage and socialising throughout the evening.
