Retal Rise
Retal Rise and Nobu Hotel have gained award winning status since the project commenced in 2022.
The project comprises two Residential Towers located in close proximity to the Al-Khobar Corniche. The first tower contains 124 luxury apartments and the second tower accommodates 62 Nobu branded apartments with a world-renowned Nobu restaurant and luxury hospitality facilities. Both towers are joined by a private urban landscape below.
LDPi scope of works included the external facades, private and public landscapes, interior apartments and all public areas.For the facade lighting, linear graphic lines and linear wall washers were used to articulate the buildings’ structural walls and balconies creating visual strength to the overall site.
All interior areas were designed collaboratively with the interior designers to provide individual lighting schemes for each of the luxury apartments and public areas. The lighting vision was refined to create ambience, comfort, articulation and functionality across all areas. A precise luminaire palette and bespoke detailing was specified throughout the project to ensure the luxury brand was emphasised and user experience was maximised.
The Retal and Nobu Hotel project is set to become one of the most renowned hotel and hospitality developments across the Kingdom.
