Formerly the Prime Minister’s residence, this impressive three story private residence has featured extensively in UK media.

LDPi worked closely with our Client and specialist luminaire and chandelier manufacturers to design truly bespoke, decorative and architectural lighting.

At basement level the cinema room features a fibre optic ceiling, and adjacent bar as pictured has an undulating crystal ceiling with integrated lighting.

Throughout the living areas and bedrooms, bespoke chandeliers and ceiling details respond to adjacent materiality. Custom finish downlights illuminate art work and add accent lighting to drapery.

A 15 meter Swarovski chandelier is the central feature of the helical staircase, and was designed to prevent visibility of source at eye level.
